Ing. Promise Senyo Tsinasi is a 40 year old Mechanical Engineer by profession and has worked for two major companies (Schlumberger and Baker Hughes) in the oil and gas sector in a number of countries (Denmark, United Kingdom, Norway, USA, Chad, Ghana, Nigeria, Gabon, Cameroon, Ivory Coast etc); he believes professionalism and good attitude are the pros at overcoming any occupational challenges/obstacles-and even having a little fun, too.  As the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Mechanical Engineer for the company, he is responsible for formulating the operational strategy of the company and also handling the mechanical issues concerning the company’s machinery

MR. PROMISE SENYO TSINASI

Ing.Wise Ametefe is a Water Resources Engineering & Hydraulics engineer. He holds a Master of Philosophy (MPhil.) in Water Resources Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi- Ghana and a Bachelor of Engineering, (B.Eg) Hydraulic and Hydro Electric Power Engineering Tianjin University, China. Valence Wise Ametefe has more than 30 years of experience in Civil Engineering, Drainage and other Hydraulic Structures Engineering works. During the period, his Engineering practice has been systematically infused with the relevant academic studies, thereby broadening his scope and grasp of the contemporary problems of Hydraulic structures, Drainage, Hydropower studies, Flood control works as well as other civil engineering works in Ghana.
He was the Deputy Director General at the Ghana Hydrological Services Department. He was a member of the committee set up by the president of Ghana after the June 3 2015 flood disaster.

MR. EBENEZER ADDOTEY- ALLOTTEY

(LEAD HYDROLOGIST /DIRECTOR)

Mr. Ebenezer Addotey-Allotey holds an MSc in Hydrological Engineering from the Institute of Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering Delft; The Netherlands. Advance Certificate in Water Resources Management,
Univesistat per Stranieri, Perugia, Italy.

He is a member of the International Association of Hydrological Sciences Mr. Addotey-Allotey has over 40 years of diversified practical experience in various aspects of hydrology and water resources engineering, investigations design and management in Ghana. He has varied experience in operational, urban and applied hydrology. Has worked as
Design and supervision of solar salt farm development. Carry out fieldwork identification in drainage flood control problems and provide solutions in the management.

He was the Head of Operational Hydrology Coordinating activities in Operational Applied hydrology in Water resources development in the Ghana Hydrological Services Department. He has in-depth knowledge in Hydrometry, Design of Stream gauging networks Installation of stream gauging instruments and monitoring manual and real time transmission. He also has expertise in Water Balance study of reservoirs, Hydrological study on reservoir management and operation developing of the operational rule curves.

He was also involved in Hydrological study in assessing and selecting appropriate site for mini Hydro power project in Ghana, the design of Intensity Duration Curves for various uses in rainfall data and Flood Risk Studies and assessments in the white Volta Basin
Waterway assessment for bridges and culverts design, and Design of rainfall harvesting for commercial use.

FELIX KWESI TSINASI

(OPERATIONS MANAGER)

Mr. Felix Kwesi Tsinase Mr. Felix Kwesi Tsinase is a Geodetic Engineering professional of over 19 years of experience. Felix holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geodetic Engineering, and a certificate in Project Management.
Topographic and bathymetric surveys, Dam and Embankment design and construction, photogrammetric surveys and other forms of engineering and cadastral surveys are some of the key projects Felix has been involved over the years. Felix was part of team of consultant that undertook the Greater Accra Metropolitan Area (GAMA) Sanitation and water project where a number of rivers and drains have been dredged. Under the GAMA Sanitation and water project, major underground culverts such as the Mallam Junction Drain, BubuashieKaneshie drain, Gbawe drain etc have been constructed.

Felix also undertook bathymetric surveys of a number of rivers including the Odaw River, Korle Lagoon, Chemu lagoon, Nsakyi River, Korkordzor river etc. He was involved in Mine Development and resettlement- housing construction Surveys for several mining firms including Adamus Resources, Newmont Ghana Gold, Golden Star Resources, Persues Mining, and Gryphon Minerals (in Burkina Faso). He was also involved in a number of projects for the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources.
Some of these projects include the Systematic Land Tilting (LAP1), Inventory and Surveys of State Acquired Lands in Greater Accra.

ING. RICHARD GAMADEKU

(HEAD OF DRAINAGE AND WATER RESOURCES DEPARTMENT)

Ing. Richard Gamadeku who has been nominated for the position of Hydrological Engineer, holds a Master of Science (M.Sc) in Water Resources Engineering/ Drainage Engineering( University of Stuttgart-Germany) and B.Sc in Civil Engineering (Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and TechnologyKNUST). He is a professional Engineer and a member of Ghana Institution of Engineering. He has over 20 years of post-qualification experience in the study, planning, designs and construction supervision of Drainage structures and has held the position of Drainage/Hydrological Engineer in Urban areas on several similar projects both inside and outside Ghana. He is well-suited for the job. He was also a board member for the Ghana Hydrological Authority.
